Hot Tub Sales-Order Policy & Purchasing A Hot Tub

Once you have decided that you are going to get the hot tub of your dreams, please read over these policies to know what is expected of you as our esteemed customer.


What is a Sales-Order?

-The sales order is a pre-receipt and detailed description of what you have purchased and how much you are paying. Once your sales order is put in place and you have paid your non-refundable down payment, you are contractually locked in to the amount agreed upon and your tub order is placed.


Placing your Order:

-After you have chosen which tub you want to receive you will select a custom package which our store salesmen will curate specially for you and place in a sales order in our POS system. We require a minimum 20% down payment of the total fixed amount of the tub plus the package. Due to the nature of our business, there are no refunds or cancellations on hot tubs after an order is placed and your down payment has been accepted.

-After your order is placed, Family Pool and Spa, LLC May, after review, change your order. This is subject to lead time, availability, shipping, etc... We will attempt to contact you if this necessary change happens, and will fix


Financing:

-If you are opting to finance your hot tub, we may still require a 20% down payment in cash, check, or card format apart from the financed price (which will be the total difference of the down payment). This is determined by your financing agency. In some cases you may qualify for %100 financing, in which case no down payment is required.


Sight Inspection:

-The tub delivery and placement may need special equipment depending on where the tub is set to be placed. For this reason, we may elect to perform a sight inspection for issues that may show up during delivery. If we choose to do so, you will need to be present for this scheduled time before the delivery.


3rd Parties:

-We are not licenced electricians or concrete contractors. Because of this, we need you to schedule:

An electrician

A construction company (optional)

A crane rental company (depends on tub placement)

to come out and work on the area that you expect the tub to be placed. We have our own recommendations on which companies will work professionally and up to code for you. If you request it, we will give you their contact information.


Delivery:

-Once the tub has arrived at our store we will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date. Depending on whether we will need a crane or reach-lift to be present for the delivery, the delivery date may be a week or more from this time.

-The tenant/homeowner must be present for delivery to consult our technicians where to place the tub.


Final Payment:

-The Final Payment is due at time of delivery. If you opt to pay by check, you may leave it with our technicians. If, however, you opt to pay by card or financing, you may do so over the phone by calling (208) 939-7665 and choosing our billing department. If you opt to pay by cash, we require that you do so before the delivery date at our store location.


Closing the Sales-Order:

-Once final payment has been received your order is now considered closed in our system.
