Return Policy

General Policy:

The general return policy is 30 days from the date of product purchase or service date. All product returns require a receipt to be present for return. We will NOT accept returns past 30 days of purchase.



Some return cases are by nature, unique, and in those cases of returns we may elect to give you an in-store credit if you are not able to find the receipt after extensively searching our system.


Store:

Pool and Spa Parts:

-O-rings and gaskets will only be accepted as a return if they are within the 30-Day Grace period and are UNOPENED.

-Cartridge filters will only be accepted if the filter is unopened. If you are concerned that you may not have the right filter, please compare the replacement with your current filter before unwrapping the filter, unless you are sure that it is the right replacement for your pool/spa.

-Other parts that are not touched by water may be accepted on a case by case basis, with pool skimmer baskets, and other plastic parts being very likely to be accepted as a return if within the return period.

Chemicals:

Any pool or spa chemicals can only be accepted as a return if they are UNOPENED, due to safety concerns for our team members and other customers; as well as chemical liability laws.

Toys and Accessories:

Toys can be accepted within 30 days of purchase as long as they have not been used and still in their original packaging. Warranty replacements may be available depending on manufacturer and availability.


Hot Tubs:

There are absolutely NO RETURNS ON HOT TUBS after they have been delivered. We do, however, have a service department which services what we sell under warranty. So, if for any reason, you get a leak or broken part within the warranty period of the hot tub, we will service it for you. Just call us to schedule the service.


Servicing:

Our services are guaranteed to last the length of the manufacturer's warranty, but is greatly depending on customer after care. Water chemistry abuse or customer neglect/tampering will void any warranty/guarantee we offer. We reserve the right to inspect the product of any tampering/neglect and refuse any liability of servicing return if product is found to be tampered with, changed, and/or neglected.
